About Us

While living in Germany, we, Sylke and Frank Baranski, spent most of our free time outdoors. We have always been searching for the perfect place to enjoy all of our outdoor activities undisturbed. Beginning in 1990, we spent our vacations in Canada, especially in the remote, almost untouched Yukon Territory, and in 1998 our dream of living in the Yukon came true. Since our immigration we have been working in tourism, which gave us a lot of experience. So our company Klondike Sun & Snow was born.

Now we like to share "The Big Yukon Adventure" with you. Our home is located about 30 km south of Whitehorse, the capital of the Yukon Territory. We found the ideal spot to combine "Country Living" with the convenience of having a city with full shopping, medical, recreation and other services close by.

We try to fulfill almost every wish our guests might have, so that it becomes an unforgettable vacation. We look forward to welcoming you.
