3 Weeks Yukon - Alaska Package

This Adventure Trip in the Yukon and Alaska includes a 3 Day Guided Quad ( ATV )Tour ,
6 Days Canoeing on the Yukon River and 11 Days of RV traveling through Yukon and Alaska

 

Day 1:
Arrival in Whitehorse, Citytour, Orientation about the tour, Welcome Dinner, Accommodation at the Mt. Lorne Aurora B&B

 

Day 2 - 4:
3 days guided ATV Trip ( first night in a a lodge or tent at Fish Lake, second night in a tent at Alligator Lake area ), afterwards another night at the Mt. Lorne Aurora B&B

Day 5:
Shopping for the canoe trip on the Yukon River, transfer to the drop in point at Deep Creek

 

Day 6 – 10:
Canoe trip on the Yukon River to Carmacks. This trip is unguided, but a guide can be booked for additional fees

 

Day 11:
Pick up from Carmacks, transfer to Whitehorse, taking posession of the RV from Klondike RV Rentals

 

Tag 12 -21:
RV trip to your own leisure. ( We will be happy to assist you with planning the route )

 

Day 22:
Return of the RV, transfer to the airport or hotel downtown Whitehorse

Between June 1. and July 8. 2011
Between August 27. and September 30. 2011
$ 2799.00 per person with 2 persons
$ 2399.00 per person with 3 persons
$ 2199.00 per person with 4 persons

Between  July 9. and August 26. 2011
$ 3099.00 per person with 2 persons
$ 2599.00 per person with 3 persons
$ 2349.00 per person with 4 persons

There are no fixed tour dates, all dates possible on request

In the price included are:
- Transfers from and to the airport
- Whitehorse Citytour incl. lunch
- 3 Days Quad Tour ( own ATV incl. gas, helmet, goggles and gloves )
- Guide for the ATV Trip
- 2 x accommodation at the Mt. Lorne Aurora B&B
- 1 x overnight in a lodge or tent at Fish Lake
- 1 x overnight in a tent at Alligator Lake area
- Camping equipment with the exception of a sleeping bag
- 6 Days Canoe trip incl. equipment ( 2 persons per canoe, no sleepingbag ) and transfers
- Full meals during the Quad Tour and at the B&B
-11 Days RV rental incl. 2000 km and convenience kits and preparation fee

In the price not included are:
- Airfare from and to Whitehorse
- Security Deposit for the RV( $750 or $ 7500 depending on insurance option )
- Security Deposit for the Quad / ATV ( $ 500 )
- Sleeping bag ( can be rented for $ 40.00 )
- Groceries for the canoe and RV trip
- Gas for the RV
- Additional kilometres and CDW for the RV
- Alcoholic beverages
- All personal expenditures

The prices are subject to 5 % GST

We are happy to answer any questions about the tour

- ATV experience is an advantage but not absolutely necessary
- Canoe experience is necessary
- Experience with the wildernes environment is and advantage, but not necessary

Due to Canadian law, participants of this trip are required to sign a "Waiver of Liability" form. We reserve the right to change the program, due to weather conditions or other outside influences, for the safety of the group.

Information about the ATV's:

ATV means “All Terrain Vehicle”. It has four wheel drive and is suited for 1 person. It has an automatic transmission and is easy to handle. It can be rode by persons above 16 years of age without a drivers license
